To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jw8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with a User's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, missed gaming opportunities or emotional distress resulting from gambling outcomes.
jw8's total liability to any User in respect of any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jw8 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and does not accept liability for loss caused by technical failures, third-party service outages, internet connectivity issues, cyberattacks, acts of God or any other cause beyond jw8's reasonable operational control.
jw8 reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is considered material, jw8 will make reasonable efforts to notify active Users through an in-platform notice or registered email address. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without separate notification.
Continued use of the Platform following the publication of a revised version of these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. Users who do not accept the revised terms must cease using jw8 and may request account closure. The version published on this page is the currently applicable Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jw8 is licensed and incorporated, as disclosed in the operator information maintained on the Platform. In the event of any dispute arising under this Agreement, jw8 and the User agree to seek resolution through the dispute procedures established by the relevant licensing authority before commencing independent legal proceedings.
Malaysian users acknowledge that this Agreement is not governed by Malaysian law and that participation through jw8 is subject to the terms of the international licence under which jw8 operates. Users remain responsible for their own compliance with local Malaysian laws.
